README for BIOME-BGC EMDI2 class A outputs.

BIOME-BGC was run for 1980-1997 using DAYMET driven daily climate.

The DAYMET runs were executed with ~7000 stations in the Continental US.

Met data were extracted from DAYMET output for all Class A sites (16 total)

within the DAYMET grid.



Two files are submitted:



1) ClassA_US.txt is the annual output for all sites.

2) ClassA_US_averages.txt contains the 18yr. average and standard deviation

                           for each site.



The output variables in each file are, in order:



siteid,year,annprcp,annTave,maxLAI,annET,annOF,annNPP,abgNPP,annNBP
